At the time indicated, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Tangier, the port or airport to start this incredible tour around the city. Ready to discover all its secrets? Let's go!
We'll start the day with a 2-hour driving tour around the city, to see some of its main sites in comfort. We'll explore some of the following areas:
- The main streets of Tangier
- The residential area
- California section
- Perdicaris Park
- Cape Spartel
Afterwards, we'll enjoy a camel ride by the beach that will last approximately 30 minutes. Get up close to these wonderful animals. Then, we'll visit the Caves of Hercules, an archaeological cave complex that is very popular among visitors in Tangier.
Once we've explored the caves, we'll drive to the old city of Tangier. We'll pause for a traditional lunch at a local restaurant nearby. Then, we'll start our tour on foot to explore the Kasbah, the old fortress. The walking section of our tour will last approximately 3 hours and will include visits to the following:
- Kasbah
- Door of the Kasbah "Bab Bhar"
- Medina
- Labyrinth of the old living area
- Grand Socco
- Mendoubia Garden
- Local vegetable and fruit market
- Moroccan arts and crafts shops
- Spices market
- Petit Socco
After a total of 5-6 hours, we'll take you back to your hotel or the port after a wonderful day. See you soon!
