We'll meet at the appointed time at 22 Kamininomachi Street. Once the introductions have been made, we'll start with this tour and get to know some of the most typical dishes of Japanese gastronomy.
We'll spend 2 hours 30 minutes walking through the streets of Takayama while visiting some of the most famous street food stalls.
During this gastronomic tour, you'll be able to taste some delicious dishes such as the famous mitarashi dango, rice balls dipped in soy sauce and cooked on the grill; or hida beef, with a flavour very similar to that of kobe beef. But if noodles are your thing, we recommend you try hida soba, a delicious noodle made in the region.
After having discovered the Takayama culture through its flavours, we'll walk back to the starting point of the tour to end the activity.
