We'll convene at the designated time at Horto Florestal to kick off our hiking expedition through the Luau colony, situated just 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) from downtown Río Branco. Are you prepared to uncover the treasures of the Amazon?
Welcome to the Luau colony! This sustainable haven in harmony with nature shares a profound connection with the ayahuasca culture. Here, we'll delve into the colony's creation, purpose, and its captivating story.
Following our exploration of the colony's intriguing history, we'll embark on a 3-kilometer (2-mile) eco hike. Along this journey, we'll encounter diverse Amazonian plant and wildlife species. Naturally, we'll sprinkle in intriguing fun facts about the remarkable species we encounter.
After approximately 2 - 3 hours of adventure, our hike through the Luau colony and its enchanting surroundings will conclude, returning us to our starting point.
