Murano & Burano Day Trip
Description
We'll meet up at the scheduled time at the Punta Sabbioni bus station, setting out from there to board a boat bound for the captivating isles of Murano and Burano in the Venice lagoon.
Our first destination is Murano, renowned worldwide for its masterfully crafted blown glass. Here, you'll have an hour of free time at your disposal to explore this alluring island. Stroll along its charming streets, visit glasswork ateliers, and perhaps find a memento to commemorate your journey.
Following the Murano visit, our voyage will carry on to the island of Burano, where an array of vibrantly colored houses and lace craftsmanship await. You'll have an hour and a half to soak in the local ambiance. Wander through its quaint alleyways, admire the iconic architecture, or observe lace-making workshops.
Once your free time in Burano comes to an end, we'll set off on the boat for the return journey to Punta Sabbioni, where we'll arrive four and a half hours after the excursion's start.
