After collecting you from your hotel in Nerja, we'll head east following a road running parallel to the Costa del Sol.
Our first stop will be at a beautiful mango and avocado farm with staggering views across the Mediterranean Sea. While we enjoy the refreshing taste of the products, we'll learn some fascinating facts about the horticultural tradition of the province. Did you know that Axarquia is Europe's leader in the production and commercialization of tropical fruit?
After discovering all the curiosities about local agriculture, we'll continue towards Velez-Malaga, capital of the Axarquia comarca. There, we'll go on a guided walk through the historic center of town.
Then, we'll then head to a nearby tropical fruit cooperative where we'll explore the site and try its delicious products.
The last stop on our trip will be at a local restaurant, where you'll enjoy a traditional lunch. The menu will include a variety of locally cultivated fruit - a delicious feast that is sure to make your mouth water!
After lunch, we'll take you back to the hotels in Nerja.
