As we set sail, our journey unfolds in the waters off the Monterey coast, where we'll eagerly seek out the iconic California gray whales. We'll cruise aboard one of the fleet's two grand vessels, the Princess Monterey or the Atlantis Monterey. These impressive boats come complete with a convenient onboard snack bar offering an array of beverages and delectable treats and ample, comfortable seating to ensure you savor this experience to the fullest.
Monterey Bay's deep, frigid, nutrient-rich waters provide an ideal setting for up-close marine life observation. Were you aware that this region boasts the world's third-largest submarine canyon? It sustains a diverse array of marine mammals and many seabird species.
Beyond the mesmerizing gray whales, you can also spot other remarkable species.
