Milan: Walking Tour + The Last Supper Ticket
Description
On the day of the activity, we'll meet in front of Santa Maria delle Grazie church. Once we're all together, we'll head inside to see one of the most famous works of art of all time.
As we enter, we'll get to see Leonardo da Vinci's mural of "The Last Supper" with our own eyes. This magnificent work of art will amaze you!
After admiring Da Vinci's work, we'll continue our tour to the 15th-Century Sforzesco Castle at the city's historic political centre. Having admired the medieval fortification, we'll stroll to Piazza della Scala to see the famous La Scala Theatre, where Toscanini, Puccini, Verdi, and Maria Callas have all performed. From here, we'll see amazing views of the monument to Da Vinci and the beautiful Palazzo Marino.
Afterward, we'll make our way to the 19th-century Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II shopping arcade to reach Piazza Duomo. We'll explore the 3rd largest Christian church in the world from the outside, admiring the marble features, thousands of statues and towering spires of the Milan Duomo.
Finally, after 3 hours of exploring Milan, we'll say our goodbyes at Piazza del Duomo. Until next time!
