At 3 pm, we'll meet at the Vi Rei wine cellars entrance, located in the south of Mallorca. We'll spend 1 hour and 30 minutes in an exciting world that is gaining more and more followers every day, the wine culture.
First of all, we'll board a train that will take us through the vineyards to discover the most important grape varieties that are grown in this area of Mallorca. Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet, Syrah, Chardonnay, Merlot... Vi Rei has more than 100 hectares of cultivation!
After the train ride, we'll go into the cellars to discover the secrets of wine production. The guide will show us the fermentation room, the barrel room and the bottling room.
To finish, we'll visit the tasting area, to sample five varieties of wine accompanied by a selection of delicacies.
