At the indicated time, we'll meet on Via Antonio Sogliuzzo.
To start with, the local pizzaiolo will greet us and provide us with preliminary information about how a Neapolitan-style pizza is prepared. We'll learn the basic guidelines for dough-making and select the ingredients that we'll use on our pizzas!
Now that we've got these concepts down, we'll put them into practice and start kneading the pizza dough before adding our ingredients and putting it in the wood-fired oven. We'll also teach you how to prepare another type of Neapolitan pizza: fried pizza. You're well on your way to being an expert pizzaoiolo!
To conclude the pizza workshop in the best possible way, we'll sit at the table and taste our creations alongside a refreshing drink, all while enjoying the beautiful views of Ischia. What more could you ask for?
After we've eaten, we'll conclude the Italian pizza workshop activity after 2 hours and 30 minutes of culinary delight.
