    Wow, what a fabulous experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone wanting to get that aerial view of the falls.

    They picked us up at the agreed time, the guide was very kind and patient with us. He walked with us both the lower and upper sections and waited patiently for everyone. The process of leaving Brazil and entering Argentina was very easy, and we didn't have to wait. Our group was small (only 10 people) but I imagine that a larger group in a hurry to see things would be more difficult. I also recommend that the guide use an amplifier so that those in the back can hear it.
