Great value for money! The guide was superb. Spoke English very well. Paid much attention to the participants, told very much background knowledge about the town, history, culture and the development of anchoa industry. We learned a lot! The visit to the factory was great. What an amount of work to fill one tin of anchoa! We will eat it with much more respect in the future. The tasting at the end was not only delicious but also showed nicely what we learnt about the aceite.
