Truffle Tour + Tasting

At 10 am, we will meet in Busso on Alessandro Manzoni Street. After a welcome coffee, we'll set off on a hiking trail in the woods to search together for one of the world's most prized foods... Truffle lovers, let's go!

When we're ready, we'll reach the area designated for our truffle hunting, accompanied by trained dogs. We'll see them at work, while our guide will reveal all the secrets of how truffles grow and other interesting facts about this star product from the area of Molise. Will we be able to find some?

Once the search in the woods is over, we'll head over to a local establishment that is dedicated to all things truffle. Here we'll participate in a unique Molise truffle and wine-tasting experience. We'll savor bruschetta, risotto, and other products during the tasting. All, of course, everything contains truffles... yum!

After a total of four hours of being total truffle nerds, we'll say our goodbyes and the experience will come to an end.

Important to Note

The tasting includes vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as dishes designed for children or gluten-free options. An experience suitable for everyone!
